We all know the current Chargers quarterback, Justin Herbert. Harbaugh will be working with him to create an offense to finally support the former first-round pick. Though, it is not known outside of the realm of diehard Charger fans that Jim Harbaugh was a quarterback for the Bolts back in the day.
The former Michigan Wolverines head coach had a respectable career as a passer in the NFL. In his fifteen seasons in the NFL, Harbaugh may have not been a top-end quarterback of his era but showed immense grit, longevity, and ability to pick up any playbook. Jim Harbaugh enjoyed his last two seasons as an NFL quarterback with the Los Angeles Chargers from 1999 to 2000.

What does he mean by this? When asked about The Simpsons and his thoughts on them including his name in a scene, he gets into how Spongebob is another cartoon he enjoys.
During the course of that conversation, he says “I love his attitude, he attacks each day with an enthusiasm unknown to mankind. I model my behavior by him. What a great employee he is. He is a go-getter, he’s always got a bounce in his step. He’s got pizzazz, he puts his heart and soul into making those patties. The Los Angeles Chargers found themself a head coach with plenty of success, experience, and of course those quirks.
