Every week is a great week when there’s football involved. Each week this column will analyze a player at each position rostered in 50 percent of Yahoo leagues or less. This group of players is basically a dream stream team. For reference, the threshold used for Wins and Losses in this article will be if the quarterbacks can score at least 17 points, if the tight ends can score at least eight PPR points, and if the rest can score at least 10 PPR points. Here is the Week 15 Stream Team.

Week 15 Stream Team
Quarterback – Mike White (NYJ – 20%) v DET
Mike White has been a massive upgrade over Zach Wilson since taking over as the starting quarterback for the New York Jets a few weeks back. He had a down week this week with only 10.72 fantasy points but before that had scored 22.46 and 27.80 fantasy points in his first two starts. Wilson never topped either of those marks in any of his starts. White is dealing with a rib issue but should be on track to start this week against the Detroit Lions. Hopefully, he is able to suit up because this is the juiciest matchup there is for a quarterback.
The Lions have allowed the most fantasy points to quarterbacks this season. It’s been especially good lately as they’ve become stout against the run, forcing teams to throw on them. Kirk Cousins just threw for 425 yards this past week. The only thing that would make this matchup better would be if they were playing in a dome. Even still, White should be considered a great Week 15 Stream Team option and a quarterback to consider using during the first week of fantasy playoffs.

Honorable Mentions – Ryan Tannehill (TEN – 33%) @ LAC, Russell Wilson (DEN – 47%) v ARI
Running Back – Chuba Hubbard (CAR – 33%) v PIT
It’s not a great week for running back waiver grabs but the best of the worst looks like Chuba Hubbard right now. D’Onta Foreman had been working as the lead guy for the Carolina Panthers since the Christian McCaffrey trade but that may have been more due to the fact Hubbard had been dealing with nagging injuries. Foreman still out-snapped and out-touched Hubbard in this one but Hubbard was the more effective back outgaining him 99 to 75 in terms of yards.
Hubbard also scored a touchdown and saw more of the pass usage too with three targets to one. Both guys (and Raheem Blackshear) seem likely to stay involved but Hubbard looks like he has more juice and he has momentum as well. This week’s matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers isn’t ideal but it’s hard to look past a guy that saw 17 opportunities at this roster rate. The volume alone makes him one of the better Week 15 Stream Team running back options this week.
Honorable Mentions – Damien Harris (NE – 50%) @ LV, Gus Edwards (BAL – 49%) @ CLE
Wide Receiver – D.J. Chark Jr. (DET – 40%) @ NYJ
That makes two straight big weeks for D.J. Chark Jr. There was some hope for a bounce-back season this year when Chark signed with the Lions. After a nice game in the season opener, that hope was derailed by injuries once again. Chark Jr. is back and healthy now, though, and is producing in a nice way. He’s seen at least five targets in three straight games now and scored a touchdown in two of those games. Chark Jr. has over 90 receiving yards now in two straight games as well. Over that span, he’s scored 14.80 and 21.40 fantasy points.
Chark Jr. is a very talented wide receiver and this Lions offense is firing on all cylinders right now. This week he gets a tough matchup against the Jets. The Jets have allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers this year. Ultimately, though, Chark Jr. is on a hot streak and getting awesome usage in a good offensive environment. That makes him one of the better Week 15 Stream Team options at wide receiver this week.

Honorable Mentions – Nico Collins (HOU – 25%) v KC, Parris Campbell (IND – 33%) @ MIN
Tight End – Chigoziem Okonkwo (TEN – 14%) @ LAC
Chigoziem Okonkwo has come out of nowhere and turned into everyone’s favorite sleeper darling tight end in the last week or two. It seems like every week he is making at least one, big highlight play for the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have been rewarding him by giving him more opportunities each week. Okonkwo’s snap share, route rate, and targets have all been steadily increasing.
This week the Titans were without rookie Treylon Burks and Okonkwo stepped into an even larger role. He saw a career-high six targets and turned them into six receptions for 45 yards and a touchdown. This marks the third straight game with at least five targets. It seems likely that Burks could return this week which could eat into some of Okonkwo’s targets but he seems to have earned more opportunities at the very least. This week is a nice matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. The Chargers are a high-scoring team that should push the Titans into more dropbacks than usual, much to the benefit of Okonkwo. Especially at tight end, where it’s hard to get any sort of good production, Okonkwo makes for a great Week 15 Stream Team option.
