Quinton Jefferson was born on March 31st, 1993, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Jefferson was drafted 147th overall by the Seattle Seahawks in the 2016 NFL Entry Draft. The Seahawks signed Jefferson to a four-year, $2.593 million contract. The Los Angeles Rams claimed Jefferson off waivers on September 3, 2017. After waiving Jefferson, the Rams signed him to their practice squad nine days later. The Seahawks signed Jefferson on October 2nd. Jefferson signed a contract with the Bills for two years, $13.5 million. On March 10th, 2021 the Bills released Jefferson.
During the 2020-21 season in 16 games, Jefferson completed 14 solo and nine assisted tackles with six quarterback hits. Additionally, Jefferson had one forced fumble, one fumble recovery, and one pass defended. In three playoff games, Jefferson completed one solo and four assisted tackles. The Bills would lose to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Conference Championship 38-24.
During the 2019-20 season in 14 games, Jefferson completed 14 solo and 12 assisted tackles with 10 quarterback hits. Additionally, Jefferson defended three passes and had one fumble recovery. In two playoff games, Jefferson had two solo tackles and three quarterback hits. The Seahawks would lose to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Divisional Playoffs 28-23.
During the 2018-19 season in 16 games, Jefferson completed 15 solo and 10 assisted tackles with 15 quarterback hits. Additionally, Jefferson defended two passes and had one fumble recovery. In one playoff game, Jefferson completed one solo and one assisted tackle. The Seahawks would lose to the Dallas Cowboys in the NFC Wildcard Playoffs 24-22.
During the 2017-18 season in six games, Jefferson completed six solo tackles and one assisted tackle with four quarterback hits. Jefferson was ejected during a week 14 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars for fighting with opposing players and fans.
