10-year veteran wide receiver Chris Moore signed a new contract with the Baltimore Ravens, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. Moore, a former fourth-round pick, spent the 2025 season with the Washington Commanders but also played for the Baltimore Ravens, Houston Texans, Tennessee Titans, and Arizona Cardinals.
Chris Moore Signs Contract With Baltimore Ravens
This signing represents something of a reunion for Chris Moore, as the wide receiver originally entered the league with the Baltimore Ravens. Selected in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft, the Cincinnati product spent most of his Ravens career in a depth role. As a rookie, he recorded just seven receptions for 46 yards and no touchdowns on 16 targets. His best season in Baltimore came in 2017 when he recorded 18 receptions for 248 yards and three touchdowns on 38 targets, but he was largely a special teams weapon throughout his original Ravens tenure.
After five seasons in Baltimore, Chris Moore moved on and joined the Houston Texans in 2021. After a relatively quiet first year with the club, the veteran had the best season of his career in 2022. Starting in seven games while making 16 appearances, the former fourth-round pick recorded 48 receptions for 548 yards and two touchdowns on 74 targets. He then moved to another AFC South team in 2023, signing with the Titans and finishing the season with 22 receptions for 424 yards and no touchdowns.
The wide receiver spent the 2024 season with the Arizona Cardinals and Washington Commanders but did not record a catch. He did, however, return to Washington in 2025 and spent the year in a depth role. Appearing in 14 games, Chris Moore recorded 11 receptions for 207 yards and one touchdown on 23 targets.
Since entering the league, Chris Moore has appeared in 125 games while making 23 starts. During his time on the field, the Cincinnati product has recorded 149 receptions for 1,917 yards and nine touchdowns on 238 targets.
