Fantasy Football: Ranking the Top 10 QBs from 2025

4) Dak Prescott, Cowboys

Dak was a great pick. I am giving him the nod here over some other options for a couple of reasons. First of all, he was actually drafted to be a starter in most fantasy leagues. Owners who drafted him were wise enough to see that he was poised to have a big season for two very clear reasons. The addition of George Pickens and the subtraction of Micah Parsons. With an added dangerous weapon on offense and a weakened defense, it was pretty clear that if Dak stayed healthy, he was going to be amongst the league leaders in pass attempts, completions, passing yards, and touchdowns. When all was said and done, Dak led the league in the first three categories and finished 3rd in passing scores on his way to an overall QB5 finish. The bottom line is he was a great pick for any owner who waited on QB. The Cowboys haven’t been playing for anything for 2 weeks now, so Dak might be the best starter left for this Sunday if you need somebody.

5) Caleb Williams, Bears

Most fantasy players probably have no idea that this guy finished the season as the overall QB6 in total points scored and the QB8 in points per game. Yep, he managed to finish just ahead of Jalen Hurts in both categories as he flirted with becoming the first Bear to ever throw for 4,000 yards. I doubt Ben Johnson risks losing his quarterback to achieve a meaningless stat, as the Bears don’t stand to gain anything with a win, and Williams needs 270 yards to eclipse 4k, but he may start the game and stick around long enough to throw for 109 yards, which would make him the Bears’ all-time single-season passing yards leader. Williams, much like Prescott, was a fantastic pick for owners who waited for their quarterback.

6) Bo Nix, Broncos

Nix was highly targeted by fantasy owners after his breakout rookie season, and he paid off owners nicely at his draft position. He wasn’t quite the boondoggle that Williams or Prescott were, but he was far better than the other choices available that were being drafted at around the same spot in guys like Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray. Nix finished the fantasy season as the overall QB8 in a season that was filled with highs and lows. In 16 starts, he managed to finish as a top 10 option for the week 5 times while finishing outside of the top 18 another 5 times. He probably didn’t win you your league on his own, but he was a solid weekly option and a great pick for where he was taken.
