Fantasy Football Buy/Sell/Hold Week 14

Hold – Brian Thomas Jr.

What an ugly season it’s been for BTJ. There’s only one man I heard all off-season saying BTJ was a hard pass and being over-drafted. Kudos to you, Jeff Mans. Between the hand issue causing drops early in the season, inconsistent play from him and the QB, along with injuries to BTJ, it’s been a real sophomore setback. The good news is that if you have him, you have to start him. Yes, I still hold optimism that he will finish the season strong. He’s only at one TD all season, which in my book means positive regression is on the way, along with some favorable matchups in the fantasy playoffs.

Hold – Jordan Mason

This one is a flyer, but worth a shot if you own him or he’s available on the wire. Mason has definitely looked like a shell of himself compared to last season, but he is still in a good spot, and we know what the talent looks like when playing at a high level. Starter Aaron Jones is hurt once again, and there’s a possibility he is eased back into the lineup, held out for a few weeks, or maybe even shut down, seeing as Minnesota isn’t going anywhere this season. But if Mason is the starter, he will see volume in the rushing and passing game, along with a good fantasy playoff schedule. He’s worth a spot on your bench.
