3. Carolina Panthers
At the beginning of the 2025 season, it was looking like the Panthers were going to have another disastrous year, but at 5-5, the team is still in the mix for a wild-card spot. Bryce Young is becoming a reliable starter in the league, led by a solid ground game from Rico Dowdle. The same can be said about rookie Tetairoa McMillan and slot route-runner Jalen Coker. If the Panthers make the playoffs in January and become a first-round exit, many should expect head coach Dave Canales to be aggressive in free agency and could take a look at Kelce to pair with both Tommy Tremble and Ja’Tavion Sanders.
