While the Los Angeles Chargers offense has been on fire, they can’t afford to ignore the defense. This is where defensive trenches win ball games in the postseason, which the Chargers are aiming to change from last season’s playoffs. Teair Tart lost his best duo, Poona Ford, last offseason and didn’t make a massive upgrade. Saunders is far from perfect, but he has the size that Jim Harbaugh would love to see in a true trench wizard.
