TIGHT ENDS
Start: Oronde Gadsden II (SD @ JAC) – The Jags have been brutal against the position, with double-digit points allowed in all but one game (Week 1). Did you see what Brock Bowers did to them two weeks ago? Still fresh.
Start: Travis Kelce (KC @ DEN) – I don’t love it, but I think the Denver linebackers are more susceptible v. tight ends than it would appear. Not scorched Earth, but I could see Kelce popping a 4/64/1 box.
Sit: Luke Musgrave (GB @ NYG) – Stop it. Just don’t. He’s not Tucker Kraft, and it’s that simple. And guess what? Maybe Jordan Love isn’t all that either. We’ve been blaming the pass catchers, but have we all been wrong?
Sit: Dawson Knox (BUF v. TB) – Kincaid’s hammy is still a problem, so I see Knox getting reps here. But Tampa rolls backfield coverage over tight ends with the best of them, and the unit has given up a score to the position in just two games this year.
