If Miller were to join the Chiefs, it would be a slap to the face of Broncos and Bills fans. However, it wouldn’t matter to Miller if it meant playing for another Super Bowl contention. The Chiefs are having one of their worst seasons, and while most of the blame can be put on the absence of Rashee Rice, the defense should’ve stepped up for the moment. Nick Bolton is the Chiefs’ best linebacker, but Drue Tranquill and Leo Chenal need help.
Miller could join in a situational role as a backup, as a veteran presence if the Chiefs are unsuccessful again this upcoming postseason, if they even make it.
