
2. Washington Commanders
Despite the team losing Jayden Daniels for a few games this season, the Washington Commanders are still easily in the NFC East if they can stay healthy. While Jacob Martin made noticeable strides in the matchup against the Chiefs, it wasn’t enough to compensate for how the rest of the defense played. The team already lost defensive end Dorance Armstrong and running back Austin Ekeler for the rest of the year; they must at least make a move to fill the hole on either side. Johnson joining Bobby Wagner and Von Miller in the same unit might wake this defense up if they plan to lose Daniels for more games moving forward.
