This tier of players includes wide receivers who are all borderline WR starts this week, depending on the size of your league:
- Hunter had his best game of his career in the Week 7 loss before the bye week. He scored 24.1 fantasy points, which was the first time he scored double-digit points. Hunter had 14 targets and caught his first touchdown pass. Expect another big day for Hunter against the Raiders.
- Diggs caught his first touchdown as a Patriot, but unfortunately, he only had three catches for 14 yards. Diggs is a mid-tier WR3 in Week 9.
