Ronnie Stanley Contract

Ravens All-Pro Signs Massive Extension

Nine-year veteran offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley has signed a three-year, $60 million contract. Stanley, a former first-round pick, spent the entirety of his career with the Baltimore Ravens.

The 2024 campaign was another successful one for Ronnie Stanley and the Baltimore Ravens. Starting and appearing in all 17 games, the tackle finished the season with a 70.7 PFF grade, the 37th-best mark out of 81 eligible players. The Ravens themselves had a strong season, finishing the year with an 11-6 record and defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers in the Wild Card round. Unfortunately, their season ended after losing a heartbreaker to the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional round.

Ronnie Stanley originally entered the league as a first-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft. Selected by the Baltimore Ravens, the Notre Dame product immediately made an impact on the roster, starting all 12 games in which he appeared while recording a 74.8 PFF grade, the 29th-best mark out of 79 eligible players. He maintained this level of play over the next two seasons before breaking out in 2019.

During Lamar Jackson’s first season as the full-time starter, Ronnie Stanley established himself as one of the game’s elite tackles. Starting and appearing in 14 games, the former first-round pick earned Pro Bowl and First-Team All-Pro honors while helping guide Baltimore to the top seed in the AFC playoff picture. However, despite the regular season success, the Ravens went one-and-done in the playoff to the Tennessee Titans.

Unfortunately, Ronnie Stanley could not build on that promising 2019 campaign, as injuries limited him to just seven games over the next two seasons. While he returned to the field in 2022, he never reclaimed his elite form. However, he was still a reliable starter and helped the Ravens become one of the league’s more consistent teams.

Since signing his rookie contract, Ronnie Stanley has started and appeared in 104 games while making one Pro Bowl and one First-Team All-Pro appearance.
