Isaiah Likely is one of the NFL’s more exciting young tight ends. He’s had the misfortune of being drafted to a team with Mark Andrews as the starter, but he’s shown flashes of what he’s capable of. Isaiah Likely’s dynasty outlook is promising, especially for a player who had very low initial value.
Isaiah Likely: Dynasty Outlook For Young Ravens Tight End
Current Production
After the season’s first game, it looked like Likely had taken over as the TE1 for the Ravens. He caught nine passes on 12 targets, totaling 112 yards and a touchdown. That was his best game of the season by far, but he remained an end-zone threat. He posted career highs in receptions, yards, and touchdowns but faded into the background once Andrews returned to form.
He finished as the TE16, which isn’t bad considering the Ravens offense had to support another top tight end. With the Ravens having such little depth at wide receiver, Likely’s role increased when any of the receivers missed games through injury. He often lines up wide, and the Ravens run plenty of dual tight end sets.
Likely Dynasty Price
Likely is the TE11 in dynasty according to KeepTradeCut, but he was the TE6 for the first few weeks of the season. He slipped down the rankings as the season progressed, but he still holds strong value. Mark Andrews will be 30 next season, and he became more touchdown-dependent than ever in fantasy this season.
Likely has progressed slowly, but it certainly feels like an explosion is on the horizon. Likely is gettable in trades, but not for a small price. On FantasyCalc, Likely is often involved in trades for other young pieces but is also in many trades for second-round picks. A second-round pick is a reasonable price for Likely, depending on your team’s needs and how bullish you are on his progression.
Likely Dynasty Outlook
2024 showed a changing of the guard at the tight end position. With a lot of older tight ends enduring difficult seasons, and young tight ends emerging. Likely very well could be next up, especially with Lamar Jackson‘s improvement as a passer. It’ll be difficult for the Ravens offense to match what they produced in 2024, but anything is possible with Jackson as the quarterback.
With the tight end position not being as deep as it once was, Likely can be a top-12 tight end in 2025. His situation is still largely dependent on injuries, but he already has Jackson’s trust and has stepped up in big moments.
What to Do With Isaiah Likely in Dynasty Leagues
Only trade Likely away for the right price. Once Andrews is out of the picture, Likely will be a borderline top five tight end. The only issue is that it’s difficult to predict when that will be. Keep Likely if you believe that will be sooner rather than later.
