Updated Super Bowl 55 and MVP Odds

After seven weeks of action, which players have the best odds to win MVP and which teams have the best odds to win Super Bowl 55?
Super Bowl 55

With the trade deadline coming around the corner, there has been enough time for teams to assess their place in the NFL. Some teams are viable contenders for not only the playoffs, but Super Bowl 55. Others, meanwhile, are already looking to rebuild for next year. It is also a good time to evaluate who is performing well on each team and who is not. Some people have come out of nowhere to shock the league by their performances, both good and bad.

With that in mind, sports betting site 888sport has updated the odds that each team makes the Super Bowl, as well as the odds for who will take home the NFL MVP award this season. CaptainGambling has 888sport listed as their Bookmaker of the Month because of their high ratings and deals for new gamblers who sign up with the site.

There is no doubt that the prohibitive favorite to win the MVP is Russell Wilson. He has been nothing short of outstanding so far. One interesting name on this list is Justin Herbert. If most fans had seen these odds before the season started, they would have surely been surprised to see him as the only rookie on the list. He has been up to snuff so far, though, and the odds prove that.

Once again, it may come as no surprise that the Chiefs are favored to repeat as Super Bowl champions again this year. What may be surprising, though, is that two of the remaining three undefeated teams, the Steelers and Titans, are not listed in the top five. If they keep playing the way that they are, however, those odds will surely change.

Another thing that will change soon is the odds on the lowest-tier teams. Teams like the Jets and Jaguars will be eliminated from the playoffs sooner rather than later, and will thus be removed from this list.
