Last Word on Habs Pod: Habs Find Their Stride
After a disappointing week, the Habs seemed to find their stride. And at the right time. While far from perfect, the Habs found ways to get the job done and that is all that matters at this time. Interestingly, the Habs better play has come while some key players are out injured.
Jonathan Drouin has taken a leave of absence from the team for personal reasons. It’s irresponsible to guess what the issue is, but both guys wish him well. Tomas Tatar, Shea Weber, and Paul Byron have also joined Carey Price and Brendan Gallagher on the injury list. For whatever reason, the Habs have looked much fresher in their last two games with all the injuries.
All this and Cole Caufield scores, a changing of the guard, Nick Suzuki finds his scoring touch, scoreboard watching, and much much more!
