Alex is back to recap a busy week of Ottawa Senators hockey. Today, he is trying something new. For the first time ever he is doing the episode without a guest. Alex goes solo and gives his opinions on the Ottawa Senators record and their recent play. Highlighting why he believes the team still has quite a ways to go if they truly want to be contenders. Since the last recording, Ottawa lost five in a row, including losing to two of the worst teams in the league. However, they finished a miserable road trip with a convincing win.

From there, Alex looks at the return of Colin White and how he has had a great start to his season. As well as the need to remove Nikita Zaitsev from the lineup.
