Alex and Chace are back for another episode. This week, they have a very serious topic to discuss. Kyle Beach and the Chicago Blackhawks Investigation following sexual assault allegations. Alex and Chace discuss the impact this has on the league and why it is so important that it is talked about. A very delicate situation, the important thing to remember is that because of the lack of an action at the time, more victims were created.
After this heavy topic, the guys switch their focus to some news on the ice. First, they look at the Zach Whitecloud signing. Alex likes the process and Chace can agree with that. However, Chace is nowhere near as sold on the contract itself or the player that got it. Next, they look at some hot and cold starts to the season. This includes Alex Ovechkin who is casually a favourite for the Rocket Richard once again despite injury questions heading into the year. The guys discuss how you can’t even call it a resurgence because he never really left.
