Ottawa Senators Goaltending

Alex is back after the Ottawa Senators had a very busy week with lots of storylines. Some massives downs followed by some encouraging ups. To break it all down, he is joined by Nate, who is the managing editor for the Silver Seven Sens. The two take a look at different storylines surrounding the Senators. These include the play of Tim Stutzle and whether or not his poor numbers should be a concern. As well, they examine the Ottawa Senators goaltending and what the ride has been like with Matt Murray. As well as giving their opinions on what should be done about Marcus Hogberg going forward. Give him more time or let someone else have a shot?

Finally, they also discuss who has looked good on the blueline so far and which players might be forcing their way into the lineup going forward. They also discuss the Logan Brown situation and if it is a good or bad idea to send him back to the AHL for a week or two.

Who is Alex Metzger? Alex is from the Waterloo region in Ontario, Canada. He grew up playing hockey and shortly after fell in love with analyzing it.  Alex is a die-hard Senators fan and has been his whole life… Despite growing up in the middle of Leaf land.
