On the first episode of season 2 of the Puck Talk Live podcast, the boys start off with a bang! First, they discuss the USA’s victory at the World Juniors, and how the lack of fans impacted the tournament. Next, they review the newest captain for the Boston Bruins, Patrice Bergeron, and his accomplishments with the Bruins.
For the main topic, the boys go over their North Division predictions. All of them agree the Ottawa Senators are going to be at the bottom and the Toronto Maple Leafs will be at the top. They know this is the best Leafs team in many years, and this is their best shot at winning the Stanley Cup. However, they agree positions 4-6 are highly contested, and could change throughout the season. The Montreal Canadiens, Vancouver Canucks, and Calgary Flames will all be fighting for a playoff spot. While they will be battling it out, other teams will likely be a playoff lock. Stay tuned for every day leading up to the season to hear the boys’ predictions for the other divisions!
Who are Logan, Raffi, and Noah? Put simply, they are three high school friends who bonded over their strong love for hockey, and decided to share their thoughts with the world via podcast.
