NHL Draft

The guys are back and it has been an absolutely crazy week for things to talk about. They first look at the NHL Draft and everything that came with it. Talking about why it is smart to trade down, which teams seemed to have a good draft, and which teams disappointed. Overall, they recap everything that came with it.

Next, they look at all the news that happened this week, which gave them plenty of stuff to look at. First, they look at Matt Murray going to the Ottawa Senators. Even though he wrote why not to do it, Alex was very happy with the deal as a whole. The price was low enough that it made sense and it was a fit both ways. Then, they take a look at a bunch of other signings and trades that took place around the league. They give their thoughts on all of them and who came out as winners and losers.

Finally, the guys shift their attention to the buyout market. This past week saw plenty of names be bought out. Some made sense, but others didn’t exactly seem to fit team direction. The guys discuss if they felt it was a smart move overall for each one. Tune in for all of that and more, with the MnM Hockey Podcast!
