Last Word on Habs Pod: Montreal Canadiens Play-in Primer
On this week’s episode, the guys get you all set up for the Habs play-in series against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Connor and Johannes break down the lines, matchups, and what they expect from the series. The guys try to see where the Canadiens might have an edge on the Penguins and what might lead them to an upset.
Before the real games start on Saturday, there are some tune-up games to be played. The Habs will play their hated rivals, the Toronto Maple Leafs tonight. It will be interesting to see how these games play out. While the games are meaningless, they are more than just an exhibition game. It’s the only game action teams will see before the playoffs. There will be some intensity to them. Teams will be hoping to come out of them as healthy as possible for sure.
All this and the Seattle team name, third jersey’s, NHL safety, MLB outbreak and much much more.
