Last year, EA Sports finally entered the eSports frenzy with their NHL franchise. NHL 18, last year’s entry in the franchise, represented EA’s first foray into the competitive hockey video game scene. Global qualifying tournaments were held, leading into regional finals in Canada, the United States, and Europe. Each regional qualifier fed a Grand Final, held in Las Vegas in June.

The guys also discussed the Philadelphia Eagles Week One victory over the Atlanta Falcons, the Philadelphia Phillies continued struggles towards the playoffs, and a continuation of the Month by Month Series, with this week spotlighting the Philadelphia Flyers November schedule.
