Big 12 Week 14 Winners: Final Curtain Call Of 2025

Well, the season trends held firm with the week 13 selections. Against the spread and moneyline selections went 4-3. However, we lost the lock (and almost nailed exactly how the Utah game would go), and totals went 3-4. But now we have reached the end of the regular season. These college football seasons grow up way too fast. There are still two tickets up for grabs in the Big 12 week 14 winners. Is a rematch all but guaranteed, or will the Big 12 give us one more chaos treat in 2025? All lines are courtesy of FanDuel.

Big 14 Week 12 Winners: Final Curtain Call Of 2025

#13 Utah (-11.5) At Kansas

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Friday, Nov. 28th at 12 pm EST
Television: ESPN

Last Word hopes everyone wakes up with a full belly from a bountiful and Happy Thanksgiving. The Big 12 week 14 winners get started early on Friday with Utah looking to close out the season on a high note. After avoiding disaster in (possibly) Kyle Whittingham’s home final game as Utes head coach, they are still holding onto slim playoff hopes. While they still need some help to sneak into the playoffs, the Utes must send a message to the committee that they are worthy of at-large consideration. This one will be over by halftime.
Moneyline: Utah ATS: Utah Total 59.5: Under

#25 Arizona (-2.5) At #20 Arizona State

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Friday, Nov. 28th at 9 pm EST
Television: FOX

It has been quite some time since the Territorial Cup, when both teams were ranked (2014, to be exact). Both Kenny Dillingham and Brent Brennan have done terrific work with their teams. Each coach has had to overcome a distinct set of challenges, and both are 8-3 heading into the last game of the season. Teams with identical records in a rivalry game should translate to a very closely contested affair to the bitter end. But this total seems fairly low. Neither team is dominant on that side of the ball. In addition, neither team will play conservatively on offense. The Wildcats find a way to claw back the cup from their rivals. Plus, the Big 12 Week 14 winners lock of the week comes with a total of plenty of points, as the desert should see plenty of scoring.
Moneyline: Arizona ATS: Arizona Total 48.5: Over

#5 Texas Tech (-23.5) At West Virginia

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th at 12 pm EST
Television: ESPN

Given the result of the previous game, Texas Tech will be heading to the stadium already knowing that they are playing for a Big 12 title. But that shouldn’t matter for this focused Red Raider squad looking to send a message heading into that game.                                                                                                                                                                                           Moneyline: Texas Tech ATS: Texas Tech Total 53.5: Under

Houston (+2.5) At Baylor

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th 12 pm EST
Television: TNT

It is strange times in Waco. Dave Aranada, while it was announced he was returning next year, appears to be just a placeholder for the new athletic director to hire their own coach. This Baylor offense has been muted (for their standards) as they have not scored more than 30 points in their last four games. They have lost three of those four games by a combined 72 points. Yes, the Bears should be fighting for their bowl life in Waco. But Willie Fritz’s Houston team wants to punctuate a remarkably successful season with a road win. Houston quarterback Conner Weigman makes a late-game play to set up Houston for what will be the game-winning field goal at the horn.
Moneyline: Houston ATS: Houston Total 59.5: Under

Colorado At Kansas State (-17.5)

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th 12 pm EST
Television: FS1

Chris Klieman’s team showed a ton of fight last week against Utah. Meanwhile, Colorado has lost four in a row, with only one of those losses coming by a margin under 25 points. The Wildcats team should have no problem moving the ball against Colorado. Deion Sanders’ offense will continue to struggle, as it has all season. Kansas State will grab that crucial sixth win to secure a bowl birth and an extra few weeks of practices.
Moneyline: Kansas State ATS: Kansas State Total 50.5: Over

Iowa State At Oklahoma State (+14.5)

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th 12 pm EST
Television: ESPNU

It appears that Oklahoma State is destined to go two full seasons without a Big 12 win. That is a staggering statement considering that the November 25th, 2023 win against BYU sent them to the Big 12 championship game. The downfall of this program should prove to be a case study for any program of how quickly things can drop off if the program doesn’t evolve with the times. But the proud fan base has shown up, and this team is still fighting hard. Matt Campbell’s team will leave Stillwater with a victory, but the Pokes find a way to cover for the fourth consecutive week.               Moneyline: Iowa State ATS: Oklahoma State Total 47.5: Under

UCF At #11 BYU (-17.5)

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th 1 pm EST
Television: ESPN2

Is there a score that BYU can beat UCF by that would move them into the top 10 of the playoff? Unfortunately for Scott Frosts’ team, Kalani Sitake’s group is going to have to try and see if that number exists. BYU has firmly stand on the “first team out” line since losing to Texas Tech (which only makes sense to those looking at their resume with SEC-colored lenses on). The Cougars have been an absolute wagon at home this year. Outside of the Utah game, they have won their other five home games by at least 14 points. There is a decent chance BYU covers the total by themselves in hopes of earning some points with the committee.                                                                                                                           Moneyline: BYU ATS: BYU Total 47.5: Over

Cincinnati At TCU (-3.5)

How To Watch:
Date and Time: Saturday, Nov. 29th 3:30 pm EST
Television: FOX

The Big 12 week 14 winners conclude in the afternoon, featuring two teams with some of the oddest vibes in the conference. The Bearcats were 5-0 in Big 12 play when the calendar turned to November. Since then, they have lost three straight, including back-to-back home games. Meanwhile, TCU hasn’t scored more than 17 points in its last three games. But 17 was enough to upset Houston on the road last week. Who has more fight in them to close out the season? Last Word flipped a coin, and it landed on the home team to get the ugly win and cover.                                               Moneyline: TCU ATS: TCU Total 56.5: Under

About Andrew McCleary

A native Texan, Andrew was baptized early on in the waters of college football. But when he witnessed Vince Young scampering into the end zone to defeat the USC Trojans in 2006, it was from his seat in the Rose Bowl he knew nothing could compete. He is a former college baseball player, proud Texas Tech graduate, and Air Force veteran. Andrew and his wife live in Maryland with their 4 kids and black lab. When not covering the Big 12, he can be frequently found tending to BBQ on his smoker on the weekends.
