Sports fans, welcome to “… and that’s the way the ball bounces”, with host Chuck Bolland. Chuck has been producing his brand of no holds barred daily sports radio commentaries for probably more years than you’ve been on earth. Starting back in the mid 1960′s on KJR radio in Seattle, he has continued not only on the stations that employed him, but for the past 17 years on approximately 25 stations in the state of Washington.
And now, we are pleased to bring his show to fans of LWOS!
Please find each weekday show below along with a short description of what they entail in And Thats The Way The Ball Bounces – April 25th Edition.
#1 80sec In baseball, an early win can create fans for life.
#2 80sec Think drafting a bunch of Junior High school kids for college basketball would be nuts? Then you haven’t met the world of professional soccer and the academy system.
#3 80sec The I.O.C. and the process for adding new sports for the Olympics. They usually go cautiously, unless of course there’s an instant buck to be made.
#4 80sec Is there anyone dumber than a pro soccer fan? Apparently one company doesn’t think so, those fans are the dumbest.
#5 80sec Mascots and the Secret Service, take your fish to the game and a solution for Canadian hockey. A lot of stuff here.
#6 30sec Washington federation of state employees latest spot, Spring.
