Last Word On Memes: Suarez Making Good

Luis Suarez has had quite the tumultuous career in the Premier League.  Given his past, and the fact that just a few short months ago he had one foot at the Emirates and another at the Bernebeu (by the way, those rumours persist), he has certainly proven doubters wrong. In fact, he may have just picked up a fan or two among Liverpool’s faithful.  Yes, the same fans who wanted to see his bags packed and him on a train as far from England as possible.

While his goal-scoring has been on form this season, what he has done to help Daniel Sturridge has been equally as impressive. While Sturridge has been openly critical about the Uruguayan needing to pass the ball more (including the flamboyant gesture in the loss to Arsenal) he certainly has benefited and has admitted as such several times in the media.

Through 6 Premier League matches:

8 goals

1 assist

36 shots
