This weekend, Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza will be enshrined during baseball’s Hall of Fame Inductions. Both well deserving of the honor, Joe Hojnacki and Greg Hessen remember the careers of these two all time greats. Before that, however, some unfortunate news about Clayton Kershaw’s back injury casts a shadow over what has been a video game like season for the greatest pitcher in baseball.
The pair also discuss Joe Torre’s call to cut down on manager arguments over balls and strikes. This naturally leads to whether a robotic strike zone would be a good idea. The Indians also invoked a weird scene in the movie Major League, only to have it backfire on them.
