Raising Bulls – Riverhounds Recap and Special Guest Tyler Adams
This week, Joe Goldstein, Anthony Merced, and first time host Bill Twomey breakdown a wild game in Pittsburgh. The Red Bulls may have maintained their unbeaten record on the road, but the game was marred with a controversial moment. With less than 5 minutes to go in the game, Romeo Parkes and Karl Ouimette were ejected for a scuffle. As they were walking off the field, Romeo Parkes delivered a flying, studs-up kick to the center of Karl Ouimette’s back. The big defender had too be stretchered off. Romeo Parkes has since had his contract terminated by the Pittsburgh Riverhounds, and has een suspended for one year by the USL.
Tyler Adams stopped by for a chat and touched on topics like what it felt like to score a goal against the reining EPL champions, Chelsea, as well as who taught him to be fearless on the field. Tyler might only be 17, but he betrays his age with his poise and maturity in the game.
Finally, the guys discuss the roster shuffle that is typical of a “MLS 2” club and what that might mean to the starting XI.
