Cornerback Adam “Pacman” Jones will remain in Cincinnati.
The veteran cornerback is set to re-sign with the Bengals for three years according to multiple reports. Jones spent the last six seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals.

Adam Jones To Remain with Cincinnati Bengals
Adam Jones finished the 2015 season with 62 tackles, three interceptions and a forced fumble. He made the Pro Bowl in 2015 as an injury replacement for Patrick Peterson. The artist formerly known as “Pacman” finally ascended to elite cornerback status this past season after a series of missteps and poor decisions plagued his early career. Blessed with elite speed and dogged tenacity, Jones specialized as a slot cornerback, but showed more than enough aptitude at locking down receivers outside as well.
There was a time when it looked like Jones would never play in the NFL again. After ruining his chances with the Titans and Cowboys, Adam Jones wandered to Canada to play for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2009. In 2010, Marvin Lewis and the Bengals took a chance, and Jones made the team as a punt returner and backup cornerback.
Fast forward six years and Adam “Pacman” Jones is a premier cornerback in the NFL looking to cash in. His dominance in 2015 put to rest the 2005 NFL Draft debate over who would be the best cornerback: Jones, Antrel Rolle, or Carlos Rogers (Pacman for the win). While his fiery demeanor can cause him to overheat occasionally, it also fuels him as a competitor who leaves everything on the field. The small question is how will he fare outside the structure of the Bengals (the big question being the already answered who’s going sign him). That is but a small shadow cast by the emerged talent that is Adam Jones.
Adam Jones was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. He starred at the University of West Virginia. He played three seasons for the Mountaineers and he recorded eight interceptions. The Tennessee Titans made him the 6th overall pick in the 2005 NFL Draft.
