Fantasy Profile: Greg Zuerlein, K, St. Louis Rams
Greg “The Leg” Zuerlein had a solid season with an 80.0% conversion rate on field goals, but three of his six misses were from less than 40 yards. He had only missed two field goals from this length in his first two seasons combined. The lackluster St. Louis offense made kicking points hard to come by in 2014, however things could be different in 2015 with a healthy Nick Foles at the helm. Greg Zuerlein is not a top 12 fantasy kicker headed into the season, however if he can approach to his 92.9% conversion rate which he posted in 2013, the improved St. Louis Rams offense could provide a career year opportunity for the young Zuerlein. Its a situation worth monitoring in your fantasy leagues.
