Fantasy Profile: A.J. Green, Wide Receiver, Cincinnati Bengals
From a talent standpoint, A.J. Green is one of the best all-around pass catchers in the league. Tall and lean with deceptive speed and agility, there is nothing Green can’t bring to the table. Last year saw a reduction in Green’s typically stellar statistics. The Bengals offense struggled at times last season and Andy Dalton wasn’t great. An injury at the end of the season saw him miss time as well as put up awful numbers when he was on the field.
Don’t give up on Green though. He is too good to not become a fantasy football stud again. With an improved offensive line defenses will have to worry about the running game while also dealing with the return of Marvin Jones. This will leave him in great situations for big plays. Grab Green anywhere in the second round and you could be off to a great start.
