Fantasy Profile: Brandon LaFell, WR, New England Patriots

Brandon LaFell had his best professional year in 2014, catching 74 balls for 953 yards and 7 touchdowns. He was the main target for quarterback Tom Brady on the perimeter while Julian Edelman and Rob Gronkowski patrolled the middle. LaFell finished as a top 25 receiver, meaning he was likely starting at a flex position in 2014. 2015 should be a similar year.

Despite Brady’s suspension and the recent injury to his foot (LaFell was seen in a walking boot at practice recently), LaFell should still be a top 30 receiver in 2015. His production will likely be down in the first few weeks, meaning LaFell is a player you could buy low and see better value in the middle of the season.
