Sports. Honestly. Since 2011

The Jacksonville Sharks Will Win the NAL Championship

The Jacksonville Sharks have the strongest team in the National Arena League. We should just give them the title already.

The Jacksonville Sharks are one of five teams to end their play in the Arena Football League. The Sharks will now play in the National Arena League. The league will be playing their inaugural season in 2017.

Jacksonville is a very good team. They’ve shown that the last few years in the AFL. They played in the last two American Conference championship games and also played in ArenaBowl XXVIII.

Nothing’s changed as they moved to the NAL. They’re still a very good team. In fact, they’re the best team in the league. They’re so good, they might as well have already won the inaugural championship.

Returning to the team will be a few great players that played with the team during their time in the AFL. Quarterback Tommy Grady has done well at quarterback in Jacksonville over the years. Also returning will be running back Derrick Ross. Ross led the AFL in rushing last season.

A big loss for the Sharks will be wide receiver Joe Hills. He will not be playing for the Sharks in the NAL. That shouldn’t be a big loss, however. Grady can make great things happen, no matter who his wide receivers are.

They also spiked up their defense. The Sharks signed AFL Rookie of the Year Marvin Ross. Ross spent 2016 with the Cleveland Gladiators. He is a huge addition to the defense.

What also helps the Sharks case is that they have the strongest roster in this young league. They’ll be able to dominate opponents all throughout.

The Sharks showed how good a team they are while in the AFL. They were able to beat the top dogs in the Philadelphia Soul and Arizona Rattlers over the years. None of the teams in the NAL compare to any AFL team.

It won’t matter who the Sharks play in the title game. They’re looking at an eash win. The NAL season kicks off on March 17 and concludes on July 8.
