SEC Media Days 2016 is officially a wrap. The SEC Breakdown Crew discusses all of the story lines that came out of Hoover last week. Dan Mullen‘s comments on Jeffrey Simmons didn’t seem to satisfy anyone. Paul Finebaum wasn’t happy that no one asked Nick Saban the hard questions and Nick Saban wasn’t happy when Finebaum took it upon himself to ask the tough question about Cam Robinson. Hugh Freeze owned the situation at Ole Miss. There was some substantive talk as well. Kirby Smart updated us on the health of his running backs, Alabama and Florida still don’t have a starting quarterback, and Kevin Sumlin thinks his defense is ready to compete. SEC Media Days are often considered the unofficial start of the football season and we will have plenty to talk about between now and kickoff on Thursday, September 1st. And our friends at SEC Breakdown will be here weekly to bring you all the talk and insight from the Southestern Conference.
