With the 2016 Arizona Wildcats freshman class, their head coach Sean Miller isn’t playing around!
On Wednesday evening, Arizona Wildcats head coach Sean Miller landed his fourth five-star recruit in shooting guard Terrance Ferguson.

This moves the U of A basketball freshman class from the number seven to the number three overall group of 2016 freshmen. Terrance Ferguson brings the go-to three point shooting that Arizona will need with the departure of Gabe York. Ferguson is also an outstanding defender and finisher at the rim.
Ferguson is joining five stars: point guard Kobi Simmons (whom Ferguson has said to have been recruiting him the most), small forward Rawle Alkins, and big man Lauri Markkanen. Also, shooting guard Allonzo Trier has decided to come back for his sophomore year.

Trier will bring the leadership and experience that the team will need in order to reach to its full potential.
Sean Miller has already established Arizona as a great basketball school. But he has yet to to hit the milestone of winning the National Championship in his coaching career. This freshman class, along with the returning Allonzo Trier , will surely be one of the early favorites to all the way next year. As an added bonus, the 2017 Final Four will be played in Arizona.
