Ivory put together his best season as a pro in 2015. He would rush for 1,070 yards, the first time in his career he eclipsed the four figure mark while also adding a career high seven touchdowns. His effort was good enough for fifth best in the league and he ended up joining just six other players who had over 1,000 yards rushing on the season. He also won the AFC rushing title and got selected to his first Pro Bowl.

The 27-year-old has been the Jets leading rusher during his three seasons with Gang Green. Over the previous two, he has averaged 945.5 yards on the ground while adding a total of 13 rushing touchdowns. He’s proven to be quite an elusive runner, breaking or avoiding a total of 136 tackles during his time at the Meadowlands.

Ivory’s first three seasons in the league were spent with the New Orleans Saints. He made an immediate impact as a rookie in 2010. Despite starting just four games, Ivory led the team in rushing with 716 yards on the ground and found the end zone five times. He was among 16 running backs in the league that averaged over five yards per carry that year.

The Longview, TX native originally played collegiately at Washington State but would transfer to Division II Tiffin College in Ohio. He would sign with New Orleans as an undrafted free agent after going unselected in the 2010 draft.

2016 will be Ivory’s seventh season in the league.
