San Diego Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen has a kidney injury and has no timebale for his return. Allen suffered the injury on a touchdown catch when he fell against the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday. He was diagnosed with back spasms earlier before suffuring a kidney injury, but Allen’s symptoms worsened as the night went on and was sent to a San Diego Hospital to get checked out, according to Michael Gehlken of The San Diego Union-Tribune. Allen is having a fantastic season as Chargers quarterback Phillip Rivers’ favorite target, with 67 catches, 725 yards, and four touchdowns.
