Mason Crosby, K, Green Bay Packers
Mason Crosby plays for the Green Bay Packers and the Green Bay Packers score points. It is always best to have a kicker on a team with an offense good enough to get him in range. With Aaron Rodgers leading the offensive attack, things are looking up once again for Crosby to have solid numbers.
Last season Crosby finished 27 out of 33 on field goal attempts and 53 out of 55 on extra point tries. While Crosby’s field goal percentage is nothing to write home about, his value in fantasy is high because Green Bay moves the ball. The one knock against Crosby might be that since his efficiency is so low.
Green Bay might consider the two-point conversion more often due to the PAT now being a 33-yard attempt. Since this is only speculation at this point, Crosby is a must own kicker in all leagues and should be drafted somewhere between the fourth and eighth overall kicker depending on your scoring format.
