Fantasy Profile: T.J. Yeldon, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars

T.J. Yeldon was a solid running back at the University of Alabama tallying 979 yards and 11 touchdowns for Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide last season. Alabama seems to keep producing NFL ready running backs and Yeldon is another one that should produce solid numbers early in his carrier.  Yeldon was selected in the third round by the Jacksonville Jauguars.

Yeldon has the opportunity to be a three down back, which is a very rare thing in today’s NFL. With the additions that Jacksonville made in the off-season, and Blake Bortles in his second season, Jacksonville’s offense should be much improved. This may give Yeldon the chance to put up big numbers in 2015, but he will be competing with Denard Robinson for carries.
