Fantasy Profile: Alfred Morris, RB, Washington Redskins

So goes Robert Griffin, so goes Alfred Morris. After bursting onto the scene as a rookie in 2012 with 1,613 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns, Morris has seen his carry and yardage total down each of the past two seasons. Washington hopes that a healthy Griffin will keep defenses honest, however the health of Griffin is a dubious proposition at best. Washington has a subpar defense and plays in a division where the other three offenses are superior to their own; this is not a recipe for success to strong rushing game as Washington tends to be trailing a lot in the second half of games.

With the loss of Roy Helu as a free agent to Oakland, there are opportunities to gain looks in the passing game, however rookie Matt Jones is likely to step into most of the passing third down work.
