Fantasy Profiles: Arian Foster, RB, Houston Texans
Arian Foster has been the model of consistency for a fantasy football running back over the last five years WHEN healthy. If he had the capability to play 16 entire games in one season, he could be considered one of the best fantasy running backs ever. Foster missed three games last year but still managed to cruise to 1,246 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground, while also getting 327 receiving yards and five touchdowns on 38 receptions.
News from training camp is he has another groin injury that might require surgery. It seems as if he will miss at least 8 weeks and needs to be drafted accordingly. Alfred Blue is the heir apparent to the carries in Houston but be weary of him, as there are murmurings of Houston already in the market for another back. Keep your eye on this situation closely.
