Kobe Bryant Could Possibly End Season with 2016 Olympics

Kobe Bryant is one who is used to diversity in situations and sometimes best served by those situations which to him are nothing more than usual. When you sit down with Kobe Bryant and not discuss the likelihood of retiring, the conversation piece may not feel complete. But to compete is something he knows all about, not competing to feel complete. Maybe? Perhaps?

The amount of playing time he will accrue this season is not what Kobe Bryant is thinking of, or the amount of points he scores, double doubles, or assists. Kobe Bryant is concerned about one thing as he enters the hardwood, and that’s to win another championship. The amount of fans he has would not mind seeing him play forever. However father time, is walking along the hardwood waiting for that fateful day when Bryant finally hangs up his shoes. He may feel complete and satisfied when his sights could be set on winning a Gold Medal during the 2016 Olympics [In Rio]. As the consummate professional could be the retiring professional which has many accolades to his name including multiple championships, playing with some of the best in Lakers history, including Shaquille O’Neal, Robert Horry and the like.

Kobe Bryant has seen the best out of what he’s done to contribute and to contrary belief he is not the locker room distraction that some may see him as, but the glue that binds the team together. Phil Jackson possibly knows him best (other than his wife) and would possibly suggest that Kobe will stop playing when he knows it’s his time to stop. Bryant doesn’t have anything more to prove from a professional standpoint to anyone, only to himself. Kobe Bryant will go down as one of the most dynamic, professional, and skilled players to have ever played the game of basketball, one of the best talents that Lakers fans has ever seen.
