Fantasy Profile: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Houston Texans
The quarterback position is a problem for Houston and has been for years now. With second rate passers for all of 2014 Hopkins still managed to have a fine season with 76 catches for 1210 passing yards and 6 touchdowns. He did that while still being the second option in the passing game to the great Andre Johnson.
Johnson has moved on to bluer pastures in Indianapolis leaving the door wide open for Hopkins to step up as the legitimate number one receiving threat for whoever happens to be slinging the rock in Houston. He should improve upon his last year’s numbers making him a legitimate top flight fantasy player and a great bargain in fantasy football for 2015.
