Fantasy Profile: Odell Beckham Jr. WR, New York Giants
Odell Beckham lit the football world on fire last year with his astronomical abilities and insane statistical accomplishments. His one handed catch against the Cowboys in primetime has been called by many the best catch they have ever seen and the world took notice of Beckham. The fantasy world was also left scorched by Beckham’s firework show. His best games came at the end of the year and he took many fantasy owners, who didn’t even draft him, to the promised land.
In just 12 games he caught 91 passes for 1305 yards and 12 touchdowns. Eli Manning will be in the second year of the Ben McAdoo offense and should play even better, but we all know what can happen to Eli Manning sometimes. Victor Cruz will be back and might take some looks away from Beckham this year. Beckham had an amazing rookie campaign that will be very hard to duplicate let alone improve upon. If you can get him in the mid-second round you will be in good shape.
