Fantasy Profile: DeSean Jackson, WR, Washington Redskins
DeSean Jackson had a pretty good year in 2014, catching 56 passes for 1169 yards and 6 touchdowns. Jackson averaged 20.9 yards a catch and led the league with 13 catches of 40+ yards. A constant deep threat, Jackson is one of the few players in the NFL that could score on any snap in a game. However, 2015 may not be as kid to Jackson’s numbers.
According to ESPN.com, head coach Jay Gruden is emphasizing balance for Washington’s offense in 2015, particularly in the running game. He is also looking at getting the other wide receiver Pierre Garcon more touches. With this being said, Jackson is still capable of not seeing many touches and yet producing good numbers due to his insane yards per catch. However, Jackson will likely not put up as good numbers in 2015 as he did in 2014. His ADP might be a little bit high right now as a result.
