Fantasy Profile: Zach Ertz, TE, Philadelphia Eagles
Over the course of Zach Ertz’s first two seasons in the NFL, he has shown that he can be a top tier tight end. In 2014 he posted 58 catches for 702 yards and three touchdowns, and could be in store for an even bigger season in 2015. With the departure of Jeremy Maclin who had 143 targets last season, and leaved for Kansas city, many of the targets could be going to Ertz.
Another advantage is that Zach Ertz is in the fastest offense in the NFL. Under head couch Chip Kelly the Eagles have had the most offensive snaps in the NFL. More snaps means more chances to put up big numbers for all Eagles players in 2015. It will be interesting to see if Ertz develops chemistry with new Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford.
