Fantasy Profile: Owen Daniels, TE, Denver Broncos
Owen Daniels has been a stable tight end over his career. He posted 48 catches for 527 yards and 4 touchdowns last year in Baltimore with Joe Flacco throwing him the ball. Now he is following his long time offensive coordinator Gary Kubiak to Denver where he will have Peyton Manning throwing him the ball.
The tight ends in a Peyton Manning lead offense have often been amongst the best tight ends in fantasy football. With the departure of Julius Thomas, Denver’s tight end position is wide open for the taking. Keep an eye on training camp, as Daniels will be in a battle with Virgil Green for the starting spot. The winner of this battle could be in line for the best season of their career, and will be a must own in nearly all fantasy formats.
