Fantasy Profile: Jared Cook, TE, St. Louis Rams

Jared Cook had 52 receiptions for 634 yards and 3 touchdowns in 2014 despite the fact that he had a rotating cast of back up quarterbacks throwing him the ball. While these numbers are not overwhelming, they are still impressive considering St. Louis lost their starting quarterback, Sam Bradford, before week one of the season.

Nick Foles enters as the new starter in St. Louis and although he is inconsistent at times, he is a marked improvement on what Cook had throwing the ball to him last year. Cook also benefits from the lack of other receiving options in St. Louis and his large size and athletic prowess will see him be a favorite red zone and end zone target for the Rams. Cook should be in line for improvement on his stats in 2015.
