(PODCAST) – In Episode 2 of If It’s Fair It’s Gone, Matt and Ryan break down the amazing week Bryce Harper just had. The still-just-22-year-old appears to be ready to take the next step and lead a team that has to win now. On the other coast, another budding young superstar, Joc Pederson, has established himself as the current king of the “Three True Outcomes.” Is his strong start sustainable for the Dodgers?
Elsewhere around the league, the Red Sox find themselves toward the bottom of the AL East after 30 games. Is there any chance at all that their starting pitcher staff can turn it around going forward? The Mets are adding a new young stud to their rotation in Noah Syndegaard. Matt and Ryan break down why it’s crucial for Syndegaard to pitch well. Also, can the Minnesota Twins, perhaps the most surprising of all the teams with strong starts in 2015, keep up their good play, despite competing in what is probably the league’s best division? All this, and more, in Episode 2 of If It’s Fair, It’s Gone!
