Fantasy Profile: Buster Posey, C, San Francisco Giants

You can’t get any better at the catcher position than Buster Posey. Posey finished 1st in batting average, 1st in RBIs, 3rd in homeruns, and 2nd in runs scored for catchers in 2014. He has played at least 140 games in each of the last three seasons, so I wouldn’t question his durability. Posey also played 35 games at 1B last season, so his duel position eligibility makes him a much more valuable fantasy player.
The former MVP is the only elite fantasy catcher and is worth your 3rd/4th round draft pick. Barring any injuries, he will be the No. 1 catcher in 2015.
